Here is a good way to cook " Mu-Ssam". First peel a violet radish and slice it in circle.Then preserve sliced radish in combination vinegar for one day.
Second, peel a squid skin with salt and parboil squid in hot water. After then chop up a squid about 7~8 cm. Separate yolk from eggs and fry yolk use square frying pan. Slice fried eggs 5 cm each side and chop up paprika same length with sliced squid.
Finally, put fried eggs, sliced paprika and sliced squid on circle radish and roll up. Dress with sauce according your taste.

ReplyDeleteIt looks delicious except for the squid part. ^^ I'm not a fan of seafood but the vegetables and raddish part look good.
